Sometimes we make mistakes; we’re only human but we’ll always do our best to make it right if you contact us about it as most patients kindly do. That said, we operate a Zero Tolerance policy to protect our team and other patients. This means violent and abusive patients will be removed from our premises and our practice list with immediate effect.
